Sandeep Aggarwal, Pradeep Aggarwal
Sandeep has Bachelors in Law. He started his career in insurance sales before establishing a very successful mortgage lending business.
Pradeep received his Bachelors in Pharmacy from Panjab University Chandigarh, India and Masters in Pharmacology at PGIMER Chandigarh, India. Pradeep worked for 9 years as Clinical Pharmacist working with Bone Marrow Transplant patients at Rush University Medical Center. After that he worked for 9 years as Director of Pharmacy in Homecare Infusion Services where he was actively involved in clinical assessment and monitoring of patients in their home. During his tenure in Homecare Infusion Services Pradeep became aware of the huge unmet need in the flush injectable space and came up with the idea of establishing Medefil.

Ravinder Malhotra
Dr. Ravinder has over 25 years experience in drug development, platform technologies and pharmaceutical manufacturing. His scientific and technical skills are supplemented by his ability for the selection of the products and 505 (b2) candidates and effectively manage the development, manufacturing, FDA filing and approval process. He has also worked in product development and project management at Fujisawa, APP and Sagent Pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Medefil, Dr. Ravinder was CSO at Sagent Pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Ravinder has a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and was Research Associate at University of Kansas and Ohio State University. He has several scientific publications and a few patents to his credit.

Steven Coventry
Steven K. Coventry has over 43 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Coventry has been successful in the executive level management of manufacturing, packaging, engineering, warehouse and distribution, internal and contract product transfer, project design and management, cleanroom design (traditional to Isolator), validation (equipment, processes and facility) and compliance to regulatory standards (FDA, DEA, ISO, EU). Mr. Coventry’s experience includes sterile vial, ampoule and syringe injections, ophthalmic bottle and tube, peptide drug substance and final sterile dose for individual cancer patient treatment and medical devices.
In addition to Medefil, Inc., Mr. Coventry has held Vice President of Operation and General Manager roles at Akorn, Inc. (20 years), Cook Imaging and CreoSalus, Inc.
Mr. Coventry holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Millikin University.
